Overview of the Position:
The position will be based in Amman and will manage the company's existing and new accounts within East Med market in a way to ensure the long term future of the strategic partnership between customer and the company, increase revenue within customer portfolio. The position holder has to be able to handle certain accounts (including key accounts) with high degree of independency and manage customer satisfaction. He/she will follow up on day-to-day activities with accounts like packaging material orders, customer service jobs, order placemat and stock management.
In this position you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage non-key accounts and handling all commercial activities.
- Achieve sales targets in packaging materials and capital equipment.
- Manage the receivables of certain accounts.
- Fulfill customer needs and monitoring their performance and sales to achieve the target customer satisfaction, as well as establishing new customers.
- Create and develop relationships that lead to sales and opportunities
